For remote technical support I have tried iRemotePC and Techinline Remote Desktop and I've come to such a conclusion:
1. Pricing -- Techinline Remote Support Tool is cheaper by one-third.
2. Customization & Support -- Techinline Remote Support Tool has it by default included with no extra cost.
I like iRemotePC features, but it's too slow to be effective, and it had all sorts of reliability and connectivity issues. I spent half and hour fooling with the configuration of iRemotePC with a guy 10 hours away, and it got frustrating. With Techinline Remote Desktop Tool I was done in half an hour... including setup. And I didn't have to download a 400Kb+ file and another 3Mb file in the process.
Well, the choice is obvious.
